Tournament Overview
NXNW (North by Northwest) is a 3-day, 3-round, 3-course PDGA-SANCTIONED B-TIER tournament with all players competing on a different course each round (some lower divisions will only play 2-days, 2-rounds on the Red Course and Red/Green Layout).
PROS compete for cash $$ payouts ($750+ added cash!).
AMS compete for payouts in the form of scrip/store credit to the Kayak Point DGR Pro Shop and will receive a player pack.
Registration through discgolfscene.com required.

DETAILS
LAYOUTS & DIVISION GROUPS:
Divisions are grouped into 1 of 3 groups (listed below). Each group will play the same course on the same day. Refer to the event schedule to get an idea of your tee time ranges on each day. Players will compete on the Red (1-18), Gold (1-18), and Blue courses (Blue 1-12, and 18 for a total of 13 holes).
Group 1 (120 spots total):
MPO, MP40, MP50, MA1, MA40, FPO, FP40
Group 2 (120 spots total):
MP60, MA2, MA3, MA50, MA60, FA1, FA2, FA40
Group 3 (100 spots total):
FA3, MA4, FA4, FA50, MJ15, FJ15

SCHEDULE
Saturday, May 27th
8:00am – 10:30am Group 1 tee times on Red Course (standard layout).
8:00am – 10:00am Group 2 tee times on Blue Course (13 holes).
Sunday, May 28th
8:00am – 11:00am Group 1 tee times on Blue Course (13 holes).
8:00am – 12:00pm Group 2 tee times on modified Gold Course (short tee on holes 6 & 17).
8:00am – 9:00am Group 3 tee times on Red Course (standard layout).
Monday, May 29th – Memorial Day
8:00am – 11:00am Group 1 tee times on Gold Course (standard layout).
8:00am – 11:00am Group 2 tee times on Red Course (standard layout).
1:10pm – 2:30pm Group 3 tee times on Red Course (Green layout; 9 shorter tees).

Groups 1 & 2:
$90 for PROS
– discounted day passes for 3 days ($24)

TEE TIMES:
Tee times will be assigned by the TD and will be grouped by division. Round 1 tee times have been posted on the PDGA Event page. Round 2 and 3 tee times will be posted there after previous rounds are completed. All cards will begin their rounds on hole 1 for all courses.

PLAYER’S PACK:
All AM players will receive a player’s pack! The first 150 Ams to register will received a custom-stamped MVP/Axiom/Streamline disc and more (TBA). Ams who register after the first 150 players will receive a stock stamped disc and more (equal value as first 150 Ams). Players will get to choose their disc from the options available during player check-in, or after their round.

PLAYER CHECK-IN:
Players should check-in inside the Clubhouse at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time to get the PDGA Live Scoring passcode and info for the round. Ams can pick up their player packs before or after their 1st round.

LIVE SCORING:
Scores will be tracked using PDGA Live Scoring available at pdga.com/score or the PDGA Live Scoring App. The passcode will be provided at player check-in. 2 players per card must keep score using PDGA Live Scoring and must finalize and submit the matching scores when the round is complete.

ACE POT:
The Tournament Ace Pot currently sits at $900+ as of 4/9/23 following Queens of Kayak. These funds will roll over to NXNW. If an Ace is not hit during NXNW, funds will roll over to the next tournament with DGR staff as the TD. For this event, the Ace Pot cap of $1,000 will be lifted. If no Aces are hit during this event, Ace Pot funds will roll over the next DGR tournament.

GOLF CARTS:
Golf carts will not be available to players during tournament rounds. They will be available for rent for spectators on Red Course or Gold Course rounds on a first come, first serve basis.
