Looking for a space to host your next private event? We have you covered! Packages start as low as $100 for a single table with seating for 4 for 2 hours, and go all the way up to renting out the entire facility and all 290+ acres for as many as 500 people with food, drink, entertainment, and more for $10,000. The sky is the limit! We can provide the perfect space, food, drink, and entertainment based on your budget and personal preferences.
Here are some examples of the types of packages we can offer:
Kid’s Birthday Party – Seating for 10 kids and several adults in the outdoor pavilion, reserved 9-holes on the Pitch & Putt Course, bagged lunch consisting of burger or hot dog, French fries, and a drink.
Team Building – Company outing for 15 that includes loaner discs for all, a 30-minute beginner disc golf clinic, reserved tee times to play a round on our most-beginner-friendly Red Course, golf carts rentals, and pre-ordered lunch and drinks.
Bachelor Party – 25 players on the Red Course, BBQ buffet with meats & sides and reserved seating for lunch inside the clubhouse including non-alcoholic drinks and a specially ordered keg of draft beer, plus a custom-stamped disc golf disc for all attendees to commemorate the day.
Family Reunion – Seating for 60 in a separate section of the restaurant in the clubhouse, BBQ buffet with several custom menu items, custom desserts, drinks, loaner discs for all who want to play, and the entire 18-hole Pitch & Putt Course and outdoor pavilion for 4 hours, plus live music.

Indoor Space Rental
INDOOR SPACE @ ACES BBQ & GRILL
In addition to our normal restaurant seating area, there is a 40’x40′ Event Space towards the back that can be sectioned off to provide some separation from the rest of the restaurant. This space features large windows that offer a beautiful view towards the courses, large evergreen trees, and the Olympic Mountains in the far distance. Tables and chairs can be arranged in this area to accommodate up to around 30 seats.
Base Price for Indoor Event Space – $500
Covers a 2-hour timeframe and includes table(s) & chairs, optional tablecloth(es), trash & recycling receptacles, and time for you to set-up and take down any of your own decorations. Additional time is $100/hour.
Or, rent the entire indoor restaurant space to accommodate up to 115 people starting at 2 hours for $1,200.
Outdoor Space Rental
OUTDOOR PAVILION
(covered)
Fully covered 60×20 open-air pavilion located near hole 16 on the beginner-friendly Pitch & Putt Course. Complete with electricity and lights, and access to tables and chairs to fit your needs.
Base Price for Outdoor Pavilion – $500
Covers a 4-hour timeframe and includes table(s) & chairs, optional tablecloth(es), trash & recycling receptacles, and time for you to set-up and take down any of your own decorations. Additional time is $50/hour.
OUTDOOR PATIO
(not covered)
Located on the backside of the Clubhouse near Aces BBQ & Grill, this 60×40 patio offers beautiful views towards the first hole on 2 courses lined with towering cedar trees. Complete with electricity, tables and chairs to fit your needs.
Base Price for Outdoor Patio- $300
Covers a 4-hour timeframe and includes table(s) & chairs, optional tablecloth(es), trash & recycling receptacles, and time for you to set-up and take down any of your own decorations. Additional time is $50/hour.
Course Rental
ENJOY A PRIVATE DISC GOLF EXPERIENCE
Rent out an entire course for several hours, or secure a solid block of tee times to accommodate your group of 10 or more players. We currently have 3 full-size 18-hole courses on separate parts of the property, and a shorter beginner-friendly Pitch & Putt Course. We can also provide an Introduction to Disc Golf Clinic as part of the event if your group is unfamiliar with disc golf. More info on Group Clinics can be found further down this page.
PITCH & PUTT COURSE
Reserve the entire 18-hole Pitch & Putt Course just for your group for $150/hour.
Or, reserve only the back 9 holes which are closest to the Outdoor Pavilion for $100/hour.
RED, BLUE, OR GOLD COURSE
Our 3 full-size 18-hole courses each have tee times available every 10 minutes for groups of up to 4 players per tee time. For Private Events with 20 or more players, we can block out multiple tee times for your group and add a buffer after your tee time(s) to help the experience feel more private and comfortable. Without this buffer, your group would need to split into smaller groups of 4 players, and it’s much more likely that your group would have to stop to let faster groups play through so you’re not creating back-ups.
Pricing for a single round of 18-holes on any one of our 3 full-size courses with buffer:
20-50 players – $30/player

CATERED FOOD & DRINKS
Aces BBQ & Grill can provide catered food and drinks for your event in the Outdoor Pavilion or Patio, or inside the Clubhouse.
BASE PACKAGE
Self-serve, buffet-style setup with up to 4 chafing dishes, including 2 of our signature BBQ Proteins (4 oz/serving), 2 Sides, plenty of BBQ sauces, and a selection of bottled non-alcoholic drinks (water, sodas, ice tea). Includes plates, utensils, and napkins. Minimum of 15 servings. Cost is $35/person.

Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Pork Ribs, Smoked Chicken
Sides:
Baked Potato, Mac & Cheese, Collard Greens, Potato Salad (served cold), Cheesy Smoked Potato Salad (served warm), Cornbread, Chili, Smoked Baked Beans, Coleslaw
Additional proteins and sides can be added to your menu for an extra charge.
Specialty menu items and options are available for an additional charge. Examples include steaks, burgers, fish, shrimp, red beans & rice, soups, and a lot more. Menu tastings are encouraged and are available by appointment with the chef.
ADDITIONAL DRINK OPTIONS
Add any number of extra non-alcoholic or alcoholic drinks for $5 each.
Non-Alcoholic Options:
Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Barq’s Root Beer, seltzer, water, Sweet & Unsweetened Ice Tea, Gatorade.
Alcoholic Options:
Add a selection of beer, hard seltzer, and cider options, either cans or on draft. Must be 21+ to handle or consume, and follow all state and local laws.
Add an ice cold keg of your choice just for your event! Pricing is cost+35%, includes cups.
DON’T FORGET DESSERT!
Add an in-house made 12″x16″ sheet cake for $150. Typically cuts to 20 servings. We can also provide special decorations and fun cake shapes for an additional charge.
Food and drinks consumed onsite must be provided by Aces BBQ & Grill in accordance with state and local laws.

GROUP SIZES
Packages below are meant for groups of 10 – 200 people.

BASE PRICING
$20/person for 2 hours
For example, 10 people for a 2 hour clinic = $200
LESSON INCLUDES:
– 10 min – basic intro what disc golf is & goal, terms
– 20 min – basic putting techniques
– 20 min – basic upshot techniques
– 20 min – basic driving techniques
Remaining time may be used for play, or to implement other add-ons included in selected clinic package.
PURPLE PACKAGE
Disc Golf Lesson only = $20/per person (loaner discs provided)
GREEN PACKAGE
In addition to the lesson, attendees will receive a new stock disc or multiple discs that will be provided to everyone. Everyone gets to take their new disc(s) home after the event.
(price depends on how many people and what type of manufacturer/plastic, how many discs per person)
RED PACKAGE
In addition to the lesson, attendees will get 1 or more custom-stamped discs featuring a company logo, or other provided graphic.

WHITE PACKAGE
In addition to the lesson & discs as described above, attendees also receive food & drinks!
We can offer simple bagged lunches for everyone that includes a sandwich, chips & drink, or we can get as creative as offering hot food, appetizers or catered packages offered by Aces BBQ.

BLUE PACKAGE
In addition to the lesson, discs, and food & drink as described above, we can reserve a course or multiple courses for usage by your group. After the clinic, your group can play a full round on any of our open courses. It could be just for fun, a casual tournament with prizes, or even a PDGA-sanctioned round or tournament with payouts. Courses currently available to reserve include purple (pitch & putt), green, red, and gold.

GOLD PACKAGE
In addition to the lesson, discs, food & drink, and reserved course(s) as described above, receive entertainment & additional food after the round of disc golf. With this package, main meal is provided after the clinic and before the round. Once people are finished with the round, we provide additional food, drinks and entertainment.

If your group would prefer to skip the clinic and just head straight to the course(s), we can also reserve space on our courses and provide discounts on greens fees for groups of 10+ players. Host & Instructor
Keith Lionetti
Keith has been immersed in disc golf for over 30 years including playing the game, running events, starting and operating businesses in the industry, conducting disc golf programs, designing & installing courses, and helping to spread the joys of the sport.
He made a choice early on in his disc golf career that he would stick with playing disc golf for fun, as opposed to competitively. Keith holds a firm belief that great competitors are not always the best teachers, and that great teachers are not always the best competitors.
Keith has teamed up with some of the best teachers in the industry who are extremely well versed in the education field to help him develop the most versatile and effective curriculums. Combining their expertise in writing curriculums with his years of disc golf knowledge, he can offer the best tools for you to learn from.
He has worked with a wide array of businesses and organizations for many years to forge long lasting relationships and looks forward to working with you or your group, to teach you as much or as little, as you would like to learn about the sport of disc golf.
